RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it online (the start of your contract with us), or within seven days of receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer. If the item was already dispatched, please return it in the same packaging and notify us of the postage date and time. We will issue a full refund and cover the postage expenses.
Should you wish to return items, please return them to us within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the goods. Returns made within 7 days will be eligible for a full refund credited back to your account.
Please note we can only accept items back in perfect, unopened condition with all tamper seals intact. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of CBD products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken, unless the product is faulty.
We recommend that items are carefully wrapped and sent back using registered mail to provide you with proof of dispatch and delivery. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and your contact details.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling. We do not accept any other currencies.
We accept payments via We Tranxact. You are protected by We Tranxact’s buyer protection when purchasing from us.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, except for orders purchased online via We Tranxact which, at this time, cannot be returned to stores for a refund and can only be returned by post.
Please note that our CBD products are not available to purchase from our brick and mortar shop in Islington. CBD products can only be purchased through our online store at https://www.epiczencbd.co.uk. Any returns or refunds for CBD products must be handled by post and cannot be processed in store.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that returned items packaged in a box are sent with an outer box and packaging for protection.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE
**Please contact us before placing an order if you are outside the United Kingdom.** CBD products are subject to different laws in every country, and some destinations are restricted or prohibited. We need to confirm whether we can legally ship to your country before your order can be accepted. Orders placed without prior contact may be cancelled and refunded, and any return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that CBD products are legal to import and use in their country of residence. EpicZen CBD accepts no responsibility for any seizure, fine, or legal action taken by customs or authorities in the destination country.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
